OVNF Wholesale Pricing Private Label Notes for Philippines Trade Buyers

Storage and shelf life at your Philippines warehouse

Recommended storage temperature sits between 15°C and 30°C with humidity under 65%. E-liquid exposed to prolonged heat can darken and lose top notes, while cold storage below freezing can compromise seal integrity — ambient conditioned space is ideal.

Payment terms for Philippines accounts follow a simple path: bank transfer with a deposit for new buyers, and milestone terms for established accounts running container programs. Current terms are confirmed in writing with every quotation.

Packaging standards for export cartons

Labeling can follow destination requirements — nicotine warnings, importer details, batch codes and barcodes can all be printed in position. Artwork templates are supplied in editable format so own-label customers can adapt them in minutes.

Distributors covering Philippines often ask about territory planning. Because the private label program is built on reorder volume rather than one-off deals, the desk shares regional demand context before commitments are made.

Practical checklist

• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base

Documents that travel with every shipment

Master cartons are marked on two sides with item, flavor, quantity, batch and weight, and pallets are stretch-wrapped with corner protection. The result is receiving-bay friendly freight that scans, stacks and stores without manual repacking.

First orders from Philippines rarely need to be large. A mixed ovnf wholesale pricing carton starting at 100 units tests flavor response, packaging quality and transit time before the buyer commits to deeper stock.
