Vermont OVNF Wholesale Pricing Ready Stock: Pre-Order Checklist for Wholesale Buyers

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

Finished units are coded by production date and line, foil-sealed or blister-packed, and grouped into inner trays. The coding is what makes end-to-end traceability possible — every returned unit can be traced back to the exact batch of cells and e-liquid.

Distributors covering Vermont often ask about territory planning. Because the ready stock program is built on reorder volume rather than one-off deals, the desk shares regional demand context before commitments are made.

Minimums, tiers and payment terms

Minimum order quantities are designed for trade: typical entry at 300 units, with mixed-flavor cartons available so first orders are not forced into a single profile. Volume tiers usually step up at pallet and container quantities, where per-unit savings become significant.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Vermont trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

Practical checklist

• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins

Packaging standards for export cartons

Labeling can follow destination requirements — nicotine warnings, importer details, batch codes and barcodes can all be printed in position. Artwork templates are supplied in editable format so own-label customers can adapt them in minutes.

Carton marking includes item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross and net weight, so Vermont warehouse receiving scans through without manual sorting.
