OVNF Wholesale Pricing Sample Orders Checklist for Uruguay Trade Buyers

Storage and shelf life at your Uruguay warehouse

OVNF Wholesale Pricing stores well, but simple discipline protects shelf life. Keep cartons in a cool, dry warehouse away from direct sunlight, avoid stacking pallets above the marked limit, and rotate stock first-in-first-out so no unit sits past its best window.

Shelf life is typically 18 to 24 months from production under proper conditions, and every master carton carries the batch date. We ship fresh production rather than aged stock, which gives retailers the full selling window and makes seasonal planning straightforward.

Sample policy and product evaluation

Online sellers value the asset pack: clean product images, flavor descriptions and spec tables mean a new ovnf wholesale pricing listing can go live the day stock lands, instead of waiting on a photoshoot.

The fastest route to a live number is a message with quantity and destination. Those two details let the desk return ovnf wholesale pricing unit pricing, freight options and stock positions for Uruguay in a single reply - usually within hours.

Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.

Landed cost planning for Uruguay buyers

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Shenzhen Yantian, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 3 to 5 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

Freight to Uruguay runs sea, air or rail depending on urgency and volume. DDP quotations fold duties and taxes into one landed figure, while experienced importers often take FOB and route through their own forwarder.

Comparing quotations the professional way

Be wary of quotations far below the normal band. They usually reflect downgraded cells, weak e-liquid or untested mix-grade stock — the kind of saving that returns as returns, chargebacks and lost regulars. Our pricing is competitive but never at the expense of batch quality.

Retail feedback from Uruguay repeats one pattern: customers come back for the same flavor when batch quality is stable. That repeat behavior is worth more than a one-cent saving on the first order.

After-sales support and claims handling

We reject the common wholesale trick of shipping untested mix-grade stock. Every batch we send has passed the same checklist, and customers receive the inspection summary with their shipping confirmation. If a unit fails within the defect window, the claim is handled with replacement units on the next order — no debate.

Mixed-flavor cartons remain the default recommendation for a first Uruguay order. Once sell-through data identifies local winners, reorders lean into them while keeping a variety tail for browsing customers.
