OVNF Wholesale Pricing Trade Terms Notes for New York Trade Buyers

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

Tracking is proactive, not optional. You receive departure notice, transshipment updates and arrival reminder from the same account manager who quoted you. For urgent retail launches we can split shipments — a small air parcel to fill the shelf while the sea freight follows.

Finished units are coded by production date and line, foil-sealed or blister-packed, and grouped into inner trays. The coding is what makes end-to-end traceability possible — every returned unit can be traced back to the exact batch of cells and e-liquid.

Retail presentation and display support

Master cartons are marked on two sides with item, flavor, quantity, batch and weight, and pallets are stretch-wrapped with corner protection. The result is receiving-bay friendly freight that scans, stacks and stores without manual repacking.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and New York trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

Freight options from Shenzhen to New York

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Shanghai Yangshan and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Hong Kong, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 3 to 5 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.
